Sample Lunch Menu

Here is a sample lunch menu from a Teachers' Luncheon catered by Namie's Kitchen:

- Coconut prawns with mango-ginger salsa
- Grilled teriyaki chicken breast with pineapple mango relish
- Carmelized maui onion mashed potato
- Ginger-carmel roasted carrots and parsnips
-Spicy green papaya salad
- Key-lime creme brulee
